Orion CRM: the operating core for brokers, prop firms and hedge funds

How Orion consolidates clients, KYC, IBs, payments, copy trading and support into a single panel — and why it matters in production.

Brokers, prop firms and hedge funds run on the same handful of operations: client onboarding, KYC, IB hierarchies, payments, copy trading and support. The problem is not that those operations are complex — it is that they live in five different tools, and each hand-off between them is where context dies.

One panel, not five

Orion is the operating core of the Zois ecosystem. It is what you log into every morning. It is where the broker sees the day's deposits, the compliance officer sees the day's KYC queue, and the head of IBs sees the week's payouts.

We built it on three principles:

  • One source of truth for the client. A single record holds KYC status, account, IB attribution, wallet, payment history and support tickets. No more copy-pasting between CRM and back office.
  • No hand-offs without accountability. Every state change is owned by one role, and the audit log is immutable.
  • Real-time, not batched. PnL, exposure and balances update as the upstream events arrive. A dashboard that refreshes every 15 minutes is not a dashboard.

What you actually get

Orion ships ready to integrate with MT5 and Match-Trader, and the team has wired it into most of the tier-1 and tier-2 LPs we work with. Out of the box:

  • Client pipeline and sales CRM — lead → KYC → first deposit, with automations between stages.
  • Automated KYC + AML — document capture, screening, ongoing monitoring. Manual override for edge cases.
  • IBs, rebates and hierarchies — multi-tier attribution, customizable rebate rules, payout exports.
  • Fiat, crypto and wallet payments — single ledger view across rails, reconciled to the cent.
  • Copy, PAMM and MAM — built in, not bolted on.
  • Prop Firm and Hedge Fund modules — challenges, payouts, fee splits, LP reporting.

Where it shines, where it doesn't

Orion is best for firms that are past "we'll figure it out with spreadsheets" but not yet large enough to justify a custom build. Turnkey in 90 days if your jurisdiction is one of the eight we support out of the box.

It is not the right choice if you only need a generic CRM — there are cheaper tools for that. Orion's value is that it understands broker-specific operations out of the box.
